Magnitude 5.5 quake hits Luzon

CAVITE, Philippines – A 5.5 magnitude earthquake was reported in the are of Cavite around 12:30 PM on Tuesday, according to the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (PHIVOLCS).

As per the authority the epicenter of the earthquake was located at SouthWest of Nasugbu, Batangas.

The shaking was also felt in other parts of Luzon. Intensity III was reported in Quezon City and nearby places.

Also, people from different institutions have evacuated their buildings for their safety. Some netizens are also quick to share the situations in their area through the social media.
